How to join

Click on the [Sign Up] link and complete the form in order to create your account. Once your account is created, you can immediately benefit from our membership privileges such as discounts and reward credits. Also, it saves you all the hassle of filling out your billing and shipping information every time you place an order since you can save your information securely on our site.

How to order

Order is processed as below:
Step 1: Search for products.
Step 2: Add products to your shopping cart.
Step 3: Log in with a member ID or non-member order.
Step 4: Fill in the order form.
Step 5: Proceed with payment.
Step 6: Complete the order and you will see the order number.


We accept the following forms of payment:

  • Shipping Rate : Free: Shipping fee is free regardless of the price.

    Please take into consideration that some products may take additional time for delivery and processing.

    Important: Your order is shipped once your payment has been cleared. Please contact our customer service center if you would like to request an exchange or return on your order.

    - Customs and Duties

    The recipient will be held responsible for international shipments which may be subject to import duties and taxes. Please be advised that these charges are levied by the destination country and we do not have control over them. In the case that the recipient refuses to receive the parcel, the order will be returned to Korea and will not be re-shipped. Relevant expenses (round-trip shipping, customs, etc.) will be deducted from the refund. When placing an order, please make sure that the name of the orderer and the name of the depositor are exactly the same.

Exchange/Return/Refund Guide

We ask you for a careful examination prior to your purchase (e.g. size, color).
Any inquiries regarding the products should be made within 7 days from the day the delivery was completed.
Customers should bear any shipping fees for replacements/returns due to “change of minds”.
Any request for a replacement to another item shall be deemed as “change of mind”.

However, any replacements/returns of defective/wrongly shipped items, the shipping fees will be borne by A.TION FASHION Inc.
* Including the order number in returning parcel will help our staff a lot when identifying items.

[Precautions on Exchange & Returns]

We kindly ask your careful decision upon purchasing.
Any products that are stretched/contaminated/damaged cannot be replaced/exchanged/returned even if they were worn only once.
Please send us any items with tags on and with according packages.
** Please kindly understand that the policy stated above is made to make sure that all of our customers receive our clean&brand new products at all times.
All requests regarding the returns and exchanges must be made within 7 days from the time of receiving the item (even for defectives).
Once confirmed, items must be returned immediately within 7 working days.

Before making any returns or exchanges, you should reach our CS team first via PRODUCT Q&A board on our website.
Product availability must be checked first for any exchanges. When posting a refund request for defectives or wrongly shipped items, please include detailed pictures of the item(s) along with your order number, product codes you bought, and a written explanation to our Q & A Board. If there are any items missing from your package, contact our customer service on the day you receive your package.

A.TION FASHION Inc. will bear the shipping costs only for defectives or wrongly shipped items.
All other shipping costs will be the responsibility of the buyer.
If non-defective items are sent to A.TION FASHION Inc. along with defective items, the buyer will be responsible for all shipping costs.

Any goods of returns and exchanges must be in the status of unworn, unaltered, and unwashed with all tags attached.

The followings are not eligible for any returns/exchanges :
• Any item where the tags have been removed, regardless of if they were defective before arrival.
• Items having traces of use, wash, or alterations.
• Items that have been damaged intentionally including, but not limited to, lost tags,
 alterations, washing damage, even if the item was defective upon arrival.
All goods returned without previous notice will not be accepted.

A.TION FASHION Inc. is not responsible for problems caused by carelessness of buyers.
If returned or exchanged items are identified to be damaged by buyers, legal actions will be taken by A.TION FASHION Inc. according to seller and buyer’s protection regulations.
Please wash and care items according to the tips stated on the website.

Wrinkles or creasing from delivery or minor issues with stitches, glue marks, or chalk marks will not be
considered as defects. Items that are the wrong size due to wrong measurements by the buyer will not be considered as defective items.

All products must be returned in the same condition as they were shipped, including product, bag, box, and any gifts.
If any gifts that were sent have been used or lost,
the buyer will be responsible for paying for those items in order to complete a return or exchange.

Regarding the shipping fees, as you may know, the customers of some countries are charged less than the actual shipping fee under certain conditions applied.
BUT please be informed that the packages returned to A.TION FASHION Inc. due to either [change of mind] or [absence of addressee/wrong address/unpaid customs fee], the deduction of the shipping fee will be based on actual shipping fee rate of each courier!

If the customer refuses or failed to receive the parcel due to change of mind or absence of addressee/wrong address/unpaid custom fees, the products will be returned to Korea and will not be shipped again.
Actual shipping fee and returning fee based on the weight of the parcel will be deducted from the refund.
(If customs fees are levied, customs related fees will be additionally deducted from the refund.)

Therefore, please note that additional shipping fee may be deducted from the refundable amount and be cautious when you return items.


It takes 3-5 business days to issue a refund for a returned or cancelled order.
Please be advised that your refund may not be processed until the next billing month depending on your credit card issuer's billing schedule.


Pending period for reward store credit:
Your reward store credit issued from orders will be added to your account and stay as Pending for 20 days from delivery before validation to compensate time for exchange or returns. Meanwhile, you are free to spend your available store credit balance.

If you pay for your order with store credit, you are required to spend a minimum store credit of #min_mileage.”
The maximum store credit you can spend on one order is “max_mileage.”

Cancellation of store credit:
Pending credit issued from orders will be automatically cancelled on cancellation or return of the relevant order. Your store credit will be cancelled if you close your account. Also, your store credit will expire if there is no newly issued store credit for three years.
